This was just an assignment for my Photoshop class. We were asked to put the dove on an "artistic" background. What's more artistic than solarised cats? I challenge you to find something that better displays pretentious art at its best.

I would have made an animated gif of a bunch of doves flying around a church in slow motion.

I would have called it Still Life With Woo...

I like. And yes. It's pretentious art at its best. Formulaic, expected, but still very very very very good, for all that.

Thank you. It really was meant to be sort of snarky. I'd never solarised a colour photo (in photoshop or in reality) before. I thought it was certainly more interesting than simply doing it in B&W.
